    The Smoker UWD-70 is an inexpensive smoker with a smaller capacity that has a maximum temperature. It is a great classic smoker for novice smokers. You don't have to know much about smoking to use the smoker. The entire smoking process is automatic. The smoker does the work! The advantage of the UWD-70 smoker is that the temperature of the smoker is visible on the control panel on the side of the oven.

    With the UWD-70, the temperature is controlled by a digital control panel that has been specially designed for Borniak smokers. The UWD-70 smoker has an advanced system equipped with a technological temperature sensor PT1000. The digital control panel automatically adjusts the temperature.

    The housing is made of aluzinc plates. This material is resistant to adverse weather conditions. The polyurethane foam on the inside ensures good insulation of the smoker and guarantees the correct smoking temperature. The temperature is controlled by a 500 watt heating element whose operation is controlled by a thermostat.

    The smoker is equipped with a closed door, an air valve that regulates the air flow and an ash tray. The heart of the machine is of course the smoke generator – the guarantee for successful smoking.
