    The multifunctional Big Green Egg Ribs & Roasting Rack is ideal for preparing ribs or roasts. When standing, it is a V-rack: suitable for large pieces of meat or (stuffed) poultry that need to cook slowly. If you turn the rack over, it is ideal for making spare ribs. The constant airflow around the Ribs and Roasting Rack ensures great results. A must have for carnivores.

    You can also use the Ribs and Roasting Rack as a resting tray to get even juicier meat. Tip: combine the rack with the matching rectangular Rectangular Drip Pan. You then collect the cooking fat and you immediately have the basis for a delicious gravy. You can store roasts or ribs up to about 5 kilos on the V-rack.
