    With indirect cooking, when you place the ingredients on the outside of your grill, they receive more direct heat. this is due to the openings on the sides of the convEGGtor. With the new shape of the convEGGtor, these openings are smaller and ensure that you can cook more evenly on a larger surface area!

    The ceramic convEGGtor is a heat shield that ensures that the food does not come into direct contact with the heat source.

    Because the heat is indirect, the effect of an oven is created. This is an ideal preparation method for all 'oven' dishes, cooking delicate ingredients, cooking at a low temperature and when using the Dutch Oven. The convEGGtor can be combined with the Flat Baking Stone on which you can bake the tastiest bread and pizzas with an authentic crispy base.

    Ik had hem al voor me BGE large en heb eerst een jaar zonder geprobeerd op mijn mini-max, maar hij moest er toch komen. Eigenlijk moet hij bij de standaard uitrusting van je Egg of welke kamado je ook hebt.

    + Doet wat het moet doen

    – Degelijk spul maar je moet er voorzichtig mee doen maar dat geld met al je keramiek.
