      The Togorashi BBQ rub was developed with inspiration from Japan, where we cooked for three weeks in Tokyo on small Hibachi grills. The amazing earthiness of deep sea flavours, octopus fried dumplings, thin strips of wagyu Hot&Fast grilled over white hot coals. The sizzle of meat and those seductive Japanese flavours, age-old purity.

      Rub the moist surface of the meat and let the Himalayan sea salt penetrate. Add more spices during cooking to taste to create extra umami aromas!
