    Very solid smoke oven with closed fire chamber for approx. 20 fish. Between the combustion chamber and the smoke chamber is a perforated partition plate, so that you can also use this smoke oven to stoke and smoke exclusively with wood!
    The oven can be used for fish, meat or sausage hanging on hooks and offers 5 different levels for smoking. You can also equip the oven with an electric heating element or a gas burner
    The smoker has a stable lock with key (child safety!). Extra heavy metal 2.5 mm combustion drawer.
