      In collaboration with Van Beekum Spices we have also been able to launch our own line of different rubs on the market. As the name suggests, the Ri Ra Rib Rub is best used on spareribs.

      Everybody loves a good low and slow smoked slap of ribs…!! Especially for ribs, belly or babyback we have composed this rub together with our friends from “van Beekum”.

      Deliciously full of flavour and the perfect base for finishing with a sweet, syrupy, brown BBQ sauce.

      And if we may give you one more tip… score some nice extra thick pork chops and put them in the Ri Ra Rib Rub, cook them slowly to 60c core and then grill them really hard on your cast iron grill!
