Vassilakis Estate is a beautiful olive oil made from 100% Koroneiki olives with that typical grassy taste and smell. It has a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), and is therefore pressed from olives that come exclusively from the Chania region on the island of Crete. The oil is not only very tasty but also extremely healthy. The amount of polyphenols in this oil is above average. “Eat at least 3 tablespoons of this oil every day and live long and healthy like a Cretan”; say the proud makers.
