    Smoke cold yourself? Then a Cold Smoke Generator is a must-have. You use the Cold Smoke Generator in combination with an (almost completely) closed smoke chamber. Think of a kamado, barbecue, smoker, smoke box or even a cardboard box.

    Simply fill the Cold Smoke Generator with your favorite smoke moth and light it with, for example, a tea light. Because the smoke moth emits smoke during smoldering but does not heat up, you can cold smoke dishes. This prevents cheeses from melting, products from cooking or proteins from solidifying. Cold smoked salmon, smoked cheeses or even smoked salt it is!

    The hexagon shape makes it possible to cold smoke for about 8 hours and the fully stainless steel construction is durable and easy to clean.
