      You see them at the fair or during a day of shopping in Brussels. Waffles! With syrup, whipped cream and chocolate, delicious. However, at The Windmill we love to experiment! How about a waffle with smoked salmon from the BBQ with some crème fraîche, capers and red onion? Or with caramel ice cream and fried banana?

      Of course made with our own waffle irons. How cool is that? You open the iron, put in the batter, close the iron and look for a nice fire. TIP: The waffle iron combines very well with The Windmill glove ( TWM022 ).
