      Dutch Mini Pancakes. Traditional Dutch and so tasty! Those beautiful, soft round pancakes made from wheat flour and buckwheat flour. A knob of butter in the middle and generously sprinkled with icing sugar... Have you tasted them yet? We always ate them after an afternoon on the ice on our Frisian runners.

      But now too, our children love it and not just in winter! They are so easy to make on our cast iron pancake pans and come out beautifully golden brown and evenly cooked. And ourselves? We'll just as soon pick up a fork ;-)
