      The first time I came into contact with cast iron cookware was with my old neighbors. As a child I was always very curious when the smell of good food wafted through the fence into our garden. Before I knew it I was already stirring a large pan of stew with a large wooden spoon, I was happy to lend a hand. Only cleaning was never that much fun, I can still remember that it was quite a job.

      Now that is a thing of the past! With the chain sponge from The Windmill you can clean every pan and skillet in an instant. Just some warm water, run the sponge through it and you're done. The special silicone filling makes the sponge comfortable to hold. And the great thing is, the chain sponge can go straight into the dishwasher after use, which is very handy!
