      Gietijzer is mijn favoriete materiaal om eten op te bereiden op mijn Bastard. De geleiding is perfect en in de loop van de tijd wordt het materiaal alleen maar 'smakelijker' door de 'Patina die zich vormt. Dit is een soort natuurlijke anti- aanbaklaag. Een gietijzeren producten heeft een beetje aandacht nodig maar dan krijg je er wel een fantastisch resultaat voor terug!!!
