      Barbacoa is a traditional South American preparation method in which large pieces of meat are slowly cooked over an open fire. They have fluidly translated that taste and experience into the Barbacoa Picante Sauce at 'The Bastard'. This spicy sauce, including smoked peppers, is perfect with beef, pork and even poultry.

      Ingredients:

      Water, sugar, glucose syrup, concentrated tomato puree, molasses, natural vinegar, spices (3% chipotle chili peppers in sauce, (water 0.7% chipotle peppers, vinegar, tomato paste, onion, iodized salt, Guajillo chili, Ancho chili, sugar, soy oil, oregano, bay leaf, marjoram, thyme, garlic), garlic powder, onion powder) modified corn starch, English mustard, (water, mustard seeds, sugar, salt, natural vinegar, spices, acidity regulator: E330), low sodium mineral sea salt, (salt, potassium salt), coloring agent : E150a, preservative E202, smoke flavoring.
