      For the last 3 years, pitmaster Remko Winkelaar of T-Rex Restaurant BBQ & Smokehouse has been using this Spicemix at major national and international barbecue competitions.

      Want to make this hamburger yourself? Mix 35 to 40 grams of Spicemix with 1 kilo of minced beef (VV122), form 8 nice burgers and fry them together with a lump of croma in a Windmill Skillet until golden brown to a core of 55 degrees (medium-done). Place them on a soft bun and top them with lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion and one of our Burger Sauces.

      Salt, Sugar, Onion, Pepper, Garlic, Lemongrass, Flavor enhancer (E621, E635) herbs and spices, celery, vegetable, oil (rapeseed), aroma
