    The SOLIS Vac Pro is a compact vacuum machine with a super strong vacuum pump (up to -0.8 bar). With this vacuum machine you can keep both dry and moist food good and fresh for longer, without losing the delicious flavor aromas in the food. For example, if you store vacuum-sealed products in the freezer, they can be used for no less than a year (for non-vacuum-sealed products this is an average of about three months).

    In addition to two settings for dry and moist food, the SOLIS Vac Pro also has a special function for vacuuming delicate and/or pressure-sensitive food. You can also choose to vacuum automatically or manually. These different modes combined with the simple operation using the buttons on the machine make the Vac Pro an indispensable machine in every kitchen.
