      A spicy, ready-to-use version of a classic “Bumbu”, which originally refers to a somewhat thick herb and spice paste. Saus.Guru’s Bumbu Bali is ready to use straight away and does not need to be diluted. But beware, there’s a reason it says HOT on the label :-) The flavours in this sauce reflect Indonesian cuisine, but with a true Saus.Guru twist. A perfect blend of herbs, spices and coconut, along with the distinctive aroma and pleasant heat of fresh chillies. This sauce pairs perfectly with a wide selection of fried or roasted meat, steamed or stewed fish, and (stir-fried) shellfish such as prawns, as well as crunchy vegetables with, for example, rice or noodles.

      Vegetables are suddenly not only super healthy, but also extra delicious! The combination with coconut milk is also excellent — in no time at all, you’ll have a delicious curry on the table. Prefer a lunch dish or snacks? Think of a delicious Banh Mi (Vietnamese baguette) or your favourite sandwich, burgers, hotdogs or loaded fries. Applications at a glance: stewing, stir-frying, marinating, grilling, dipping or pouring over, for example, boiled and deep-fried eggs (Telor Pedis).
