The beautifully designed blade is made of AUS-8 stainless steel, this originally Japanese type of steel is known for its toughness and sharpness retention. The blade runs seamlessly into the handle, which provides more strength. The handle is made of polished G10, this material not only has a beautiful appearance but is also durable and easy to clean.

      This Santoku Knife is suitable for almost all cutting tasks but is perfect for: slicing, dicing and fine slicing. The knife will remain beautiful for the longest time if it is not cleaned in the dishwasher.
