    The Paudin Plume Luxe Damascus Universal Knife 12 cm is the perfect knife for precision cutting tasks such as peeling, coring and decorative cutting. Its compact size offers optimal control for detailed tasks. Like the other knives in the Plume Luxe series, it is forged from 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel with a VG-10 core and has a hardness of HRC 62.

    The G10 handle provides a firm and comfortable grip, while the unique feather pattern in the blade gives the knife a luxurious appearance.
