You can easily slide the thin edge under the pizza base and the perforations ensure a perfectly baked pizza every time, because steam can evaporate quickly and excess flour falls from the pizza base. The super smooth ridges and perforations together ensure easy gliding and optimal airflow under the base - making sticky dough problems a thing of the past. The pizza peel is made of aluminum and is lightweight, making it easy to handle. The durable hard anodized coating provides increased corrosion resistance and a hyper-smooth surface. The pizza peel is not suitable for the dishwasher, after use clean it with some warm water and soap.
