    With this infrared thermometer from Ooni you know exactly when your pizza stone is ready to bake the perfect base! The thermometer with laser pointer measures the temperature of the stone in your Ooni pizza oven within a few seconds. You simply aim the laser guide at the center of the pizza stone and the temperature appears in the display. Aim for around 400°C for the perfect pizza. The thermometer is adjustable to both Celsius and Fahrenheit and has a temperature range -30°C / -22 °F to 550°C / 999°F.
