The handle is removable so you can easily place the sizzling hot dishes directly from your oven to the table on the included stainless steel serving board. The grill pan, which produces a beautiful grill pattern, fits in all Ooni ovens and is also suitable for the barbecue, oven and in the kitchen. It is made of high-quality durable cast iron that withstands high temperatures and retains heat well. After use, clean the cooled pan with hot water and a washing-up brush. Then let it dry thoroughly and store it dry to prevent rust formation.
