      With this gas burner from Ooni, you can quickly and easily convert your Karu pizza oven to gas. The gas burner attaches directly to the back of your Karu pizza oven using the two included screws. The gas burner features a temperature regulator.

      Good to know:

      • This gas burner operates at a gas pressure of 30 mbar, which is the standard pressure for gas bottles in the Netherlands. In Belgium, the standard is 37 mbar.
      • This gas burner is for outdoor use only and must only be used without the oven door. The burner is also designed, tested and approved exclusively for use with Ooni Karu ovens. Although the burner also fits some other Ooni oven models, this use has not been tested and therefore no guarantee can be provided.
