      This Ooni Oak Firewood Pack provides everything you need to cook with fire in the Karu 16 pizza oven. The pack includes natural kindling shavings, kindling sticks and assorted logs, designed to be placed in the fuel drawer at the back of the oven. These will create a fire that will add a subtle, smoky flavour to your dishes. The hardwood pieces made from sustainably sourced oak are specially sized for the Karu 16 and are oven dried to a moisture content of 15-20%, ensuring the perfect cooking of your pizzas.
