    If you want to make fresh pizza dough, you naturally want to weigh your ingredients properly and accurately, then the Ooni scale is the ideal scale for you. You don't want to make overly salty pizza dough, a tasteless pizza, or failed pizza! This Dual Platform Digital Scale from Ooni works accurately to within 0.10 grams and can weigh a maximum of 10,000 grams. The weight can be clearly read on the LCD display and you can operate the scale very easily.

    The Ooni Dual Platform Digital Scale is made of black plastic and has two stainless steel platforms. The large platform is intended for larger quantities, with a precision of 1 gram and a maximum of 5 kg. The small platform is a precision weigher with an accuracy of 0.10 grams and a maximum of 200 grams. This means you can use the scale for both large and small quantities.

    Care instructions: Not dishwasher safe, do not immerse in water, clean scale and LCD screen with a dry cloth. Remove batteries for extended periods without use.
