    Product description

    The hobs of the OFYR cooking appliances slope slightly downwards towards the middle. When the hotplates are heated, the center drops a little further. The result is that round foods such as tomatoes, but also very fatty foods, can roll or slide into the center of the hob and fall into the fire. The OFYR Food Bumper has been developed to prevent this. The raised steel edge holds the food back, but still offers the option of scraping the hob clean with the spatula and pushing the scraper under the edge into the fire.
