    Product description

    Maldon salt consists of beautiful pyramid-shaped crystals. These salt flakes have been harvested by the family business since 1882 on the English coast near Maldon, in the county of Essex. The working method has remained virtually unchanged since then and is largely manual.

    The flavour of Maldon salt is milder and more delicate than that of regular sea salt. It has the pure salty taste of the sea. You can crumble the salt between your fingers or leave it whole for extra bite.
