      This rub was created at the last minute to win the brisket at the American Royal World Series of BBQ! Big garlic and pepper flavor but with a great final balance. Try it on beef, fish, chicken and pork.

      Use it in conjunction with Sweet Sauce o Mine for proven world championship results!

      Ingredients : Salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices such as chili pepper, cane sugar, paprika, mustard seed, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, sodium diacetate, celery seed, caramel color, citric acid, natural flavor, extractives of paprika (color) and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
