    With the Kamado Joe Karbon Steel Griddle Classic Joe, you can turn your kamado into a large flat griddle. Perfect for smash burgers, bacon, eggs, vegetables, steaks and fajitas, as well as other dishes you would normally prepare on a plancha or griddle.

    The Griddle is made of pre-seasoned carbon steel. This material heats up quickly, maintains an even temperature beautifully and is lighter than cast iron. The griddle also features a grease drain, allowing excess grease to drain away easily and making cleaning simpler.

    Sturdy stainless steel handles are fitted on the sides, making it easy to place and remove the Griddle. This Classic Joe version is suitable for all Kamado Joe Classic Joe models, the Konnected Joe and other 46 cm round charcoal grills.
