    The Kamado Joe Classic II Stand Alone offers all the features of the Classic II, but without the stand and side tables. This makes this version ideal if you want to build the kamado into an outdoor kitchen, BBQ cabinet or worktop.

    With a Ø 45,7 cm cooking grate, you have plenty of space for grilling, smoking, baking and long low & slow cooks. The 2-Tier Divide & Conquer® system allows you to work at different heights and combine direct and indirect barbecuing at the same time.

    The Classic II is equipped with the well-known Air Lift™ Hinge, making the heavy ceramic dome much easier to open. The Kontrol Tower® Top Vent helps you regulate the airflow precisely and thereby maintain a stable temperature. The double-thick fiberglass gasket ensures a good airtight seal.

    You also get the AMP FireBox, pull-out ash drawer, stainless steel cooking grates and built-in thermometer. In short: all the benefits of the Classic II in a version that is perfectly suited to your own outdoor kitchen.
