    The 20" Chuckwagon is made entirely of 6.35 mm sheet steel, which means that the temperature in the various cooking chambers can be kept very constant. The optimal shape guarantees a good draft. The Chuckwagon Catering is also equipped with the Catering system, a tunnel at the bottom of the cooking chamber, which collects the heat in the fire chamber and distributes it evenly in the cooking chamber(s). In addition, the Chuckwagon is of course equipped with 2 stainless steel thermometers, front shelf, bottom shelf and stainless steel grill racks for both cooking chambers.
    The vertically positioned cooking chamber makes it possible to prepare dishes for large groups. Grilling, direct, indirect barbecuing and smoking of different types of dishes that need to be prepared at different temperatures is possible.
    The enlarged fire box with hob makes lighting and maintaining the barbecue extra easy. The larger diameter and length also make this barbecue suitable for larger groups or professional use in (grill) restaurants, on the terrace and/or events. German quality product from JoesBBQSmoker, numbered and with TuV certification. This Chuckwagon is also available on a trailer.
