The name already gives it away a little bit, rib fingers are pieces of meat that look like fingers and come from the ribs. The meat that is between the ribs is cut out, this ensures that you can grill the rib fingers nice and crispy. These rib fingers come from the Iberico pig, a breed with a lot of intramuscular fat which ensures a more intense taste and deliciously juicy meat. Due to the intramuscular fat, these rib fingers are also very suitable for low 'n slow barbecue.

How do we ship your meat?

Yes it is all possible, order your favorite BBQ tools or sausage making attributes and we will add fresh meat in the same package! How does it work? Place your order online and complete it completely, as soon as this is done we carefully pack your order and forward the meat order to our supplier Home Made.

Here your meat order is carefully selected from fresh cut meat and hygienically packed under vacuum or gas packaging. The meat is labelled with the name, the content in weight, the best-before date and a storage advice. Your meat order is then stored in a cold room of 2°C until approximately 16:00.

Dit was de eerste keer dat ik wat bestelde hier. Wat een top bedrijf. Perfect geleverd en heerlijk vlees. Iberico ribfingers met teriyaki gemaakt, het was heel zacht vlees. Erg lekker. Ik ga hier zeker nog meer bestellen.
