      Het grootste mes uit de Svart-serie: het koksmes. Niet alleen is dit het grootste mes, het is ook het belangrijkste mes. Elke kok, van thuiskok tot sterrenchef, heeft baat bij een vlijmscherp koksmes. Met dit mes voer je namelijk de meeste snijtaken uit. Dit Svart koksmes ziet er, naast de uitstekende snijkwaliteit, ook nog eens supergaaf uit vanwege het zwartgeblakerde effect op het heft.  

      • Vlijmscherp lemmet (20 cm) van roestvrij 3Cr13-staal
      • Zwartgeblakerd heft van roestvrij 420-staal (voedselveilig!)
      • De hardheid van het lemmet is 52-54 Rockwell (HCR)
      • Met de hand afwassen wordt aangeraden, zo blijft het mes langer scherp!
