    Product description

    Ash wood is considered one of the best types of wood for burning in the Netherlands. It combines the best qualities of other types of wood, making it the ideal middle ground between heat output, burn time and ease of use.

    Ash wood is a hardwood that does not spit, making it particularly suitable for both open fireplaces and wood-burning stoves. It burns slowly and evenly and produces a calm yet beautiful flame. For lighting, we recommend kindling and firelighters using the Swiss lighting method.

    The logs are conventionally split and have a length of approximately 25 cm. For optimal enjoyment, ash firewood is best used with at least 3 logs at a time.

    All our ash firewood is guaranteed kiln-dried, completely free from mould and pests, and ready for immediate use. The wood is delivered in a sturdy wooden crate, tightly stacked. Please note! Unfortunately, this crate cannot be returned.
