    Our ash and birch firewood combines the best of both worlds: fast, atmospheric warmth and a long-lasting, gentle fire. Birch wood is known for its beautiful flames and characteristic crackling sound from the bark. It is a softwood that burns quickly and brightly, is very easy to light and gives off plenty of heat right away – ideal for anyone who enjoys a cozy fire and suitable for virtually any stove.

    Ash wood is considered one of the best types of wood for burning in the Netherlands. It is a hardwood that does not spit, burns slowly and produces a calm, beautiful flame. This makes ash wood highly suitable for both open fireplaces and wood-burning stoves.

    The logs are conventionally split and are approximately 25 cm long. For the best results, we recommend burning at least 3 logs at a time. The easiest way to light them is with kindling and firelighters using the Swiss lighting method.

    All our ash and birch wood is guaranteed kiln-dried, completely free of mold and pests, and ready for immediate use. The wood is delivered in a sturdy wooden crate, neatly stacked.
