      With the Grill Fanatics Half Moon Plate Setter, you can easily create indirect heat in your large kamado barbecue. The half heat deflector stone prevents direct heat from the coals, allowing dishes to cook slowly and evenly. Ideal for slow cooking, smoking and preparing larger cuts of meat.

      The plate setter is made of heat-resistant cordierite, which distributes heat evenly throughout the barbecue. Thanks to its half-moon shape, you can create a two-zone setup, allowing you to barbecue directly and indirectly at the same time.

      The dimensions are tailored to fit the most common large kamado barbecues, making the plate setter suitable for many popular models. Want to cook entirely with indirect heat? Combine two half plate setters to create a complete heat deflector. The package contains one half plate setter.
