    Product description

    Convert your GMG pellet grill into a real wood-burning oven. The pizza oven inset captures and conducts heat from the burner directly up and into the steel baking chamber that encases the pizza stone. This process increases the internal temperature of your pellet grill to that of a true wood-fired pizza oven. It creates temperatures of over 425°C, allowing you to prepare restaurant-quality pizzas in two to four minutes. It is also useful for baking bread at 200°C - 300°C and searing steaks at 500°C.
