      In our own version of the California Style Hot sauce, we wanted to bring back the spice of the Sriracha but at the same time retain the delicious fruity taste of peppers.

      We have achieved this by using no less than 30% freshly ground peppers in the sauce. You can clearly taste the combination of red and green jalapenos, smoked chipotle and fresh red peppers. The sauce tastes delicious with countless dishes, such as chicken wings from the pan, a meatball and as a glaze for ribs. But a drop of the sauce can also complete a California sushi roll, an oyster or an avocado sandwich.

      Ingredients:

      Chilli (27%), sugar, water, tomato concentrate, salt, cider vinegar (contains SULPHITE), garlic, malt vinegar (BARLEY), onion, vinegar, food acid (acetic acid, lactic acid), modified corn starch, molasses, preservative (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, potassium betabisulphite), paprika, orange, herbs, spices, chipotle pepper (0.04%), red jalapeno pepper (0.04%), green jalapeno pepper (0.04%), ANCHOVY, tamarind extract, flavouring, coloring ( calcium carbonate), natural flavouring, modified potato starch.
