    Product description

    Picanha (or rump cap) is a delicious piece of meat to prepare low and slow. Because the meat is already very tasty, it needs little in terms of herbs or rub. A little salt and pepper are often enough. We prefer to prepare it on the BBQ. We find this piece of meat tastiest when the core temperature of 48 degrees has been reached (then let it cook in aluminum foil until 52 degrees).

Place your order online and complete it completely, as soon as this is done we carefully pack your order and forward the meat order to our supplier Home Made.

    Here your meat order is carefully selected from fresh cut meat and hygienically packed under vacuum or gas packaging. The meat is labelled with the name, the content in weight, the best-before date and a storage advice. Your meat order is then stored in a cold room of 2°C until approximately 16:00.

    2e keer dat ik bij Vuur&Rook vlees bestel, wederom erg tevreden over de levering en de kwaliteit van het vlees.
    Mooie vetcap erop, niet te dik, niet te dun en niet kapot gemaakt door de slager.
