    Cast iron stores a lot of heat and releases it with a nice piece of meat, fish or vegetables. This causes the meat to sear faster and the juices to be better preserved.
    The cast iron grill is indispensable for beautiful grill marks (beautiful diamond pattern on your meat) and a crispy bite. The cast iron grate retains the heat considerably better than a standard stainless steel grate.

    Suitable for most Kamado BBQs and various ball BBQs with a minimum internal size of 47 cm.
