    A great Pork Rub, wonderfully sweet, deliciously spicy and with a little kick of Cayenne. The Vuur&Rook favorite and a must-have for every self-respecting pit master or miss. Perfect for masterful Ribs and awesome Pulled Pork, but also certainly on Drunken Chicken or chicken thighs. We call this Franky's Pork Prank, but actually this is a real all-rounder – all purpose. We even use it on salmon.

    Franky's Pork prank is the brainchild of Frank Klijn, proud team member of Bughouse Smokers & founder of BBQ-ON. (BBQ catering – highly recommended!) According to Frank, you should not forget to use the rub in combination with his own favorite BBQ sauce: Turnpike Smokers BBQ Sauce.

    Ingredients:

    Cane sugar, salt, herbs/spices (pepper, cumin, oregano, paprika, cinnamon, bay leaf, chili, parsley), dried vegetables (garlic, onion), vegetable oil (sunflower), aroma, flavor enhancer E621, coloring E160c, anti-caking agent E551.
