    Meat gets a nice crispy crust by frying in these pans. The Forged Frying Pan from the Forged Essentials series is made of 3 mm thick carbon steel, hand-forged and suitable for all hobs including induction, oven, open fire and BBQ. Sustainable and PFAS-free, with a natural coating that you create yourself, which we also call ''seasoning''. This provides a kind of natural non-stick layer and prevents rust in many cases. If it does happen that your product starts to rust, no problem, maintain it with the Forged maintenance kit and it will be as good as new. This pan will last a lifetime.
