    The spice blend contains, among other ingredients, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, black pepper, mustard seeds and molasses powder. This combination creates a rich, slightly sweet BBQ flavour with a gentle warmth from the spices. During grilling or smoking, the sugar lightly caramelises, creating a flavourful crust.

    Sweet Preacher is ideal for ribs, pulled pork, pork shoulder, pork tenderloin and pork chops. This versatile rub is also delicious as a finishing seasoning over potato salad, coleslaw, mac & cheese or baked beans. Whether you are smoking low and slow on the smoker or quickly preparing something on the grill, this rub gives every dish an authentic BBQ flavour.
