      Satay Malaya is a delicious marinade spice blend with a spicy, slightly sweet flavour. Ideal for authentic Malaysian satay made with chicken, pork or vegetarian tempeh. The coconut blossom sugar creates beautiful caramelisation and, together with the spices, gives all your dishes a delicious golden-yellow colour.

      Mix approximately 20–25 grams of spice blend with 500 grams of chicken, pork or vegetables. Add a little neutral oil and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Then grill or fry over medium heat. Make sure the marinade does not burn.
