      Product description

      The Forged Brute meat knife has a long, narrow blade. This creates less resistance when cutting meat or fish. As a result, the meat is also less likely to stick to the blade. Ideal for carving. The Forged knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box and covered by a 10-year warranty.
