    The Bonfeu FoodBumper Ø80 is a smart and essential accessory for anyone cooking on a plancha or BonBiza. This raised steel ring is placed on the cooking plate and prevents food – such as vegetables, meat or fish – from sliding towards the fire.

    Because planchas slope slightly towards the centre (and can warp even more when heated), round or fatty ingredients can easily slide towards the fire. The FoodBumper keeps everything neatly in place, while fat and cooking residue can still drain away underneath the ring. This combines control, safety and convenience while cooking.
