From now on you can make this even easier in your Big Green Egg using the Rotisserie, a fantastic addition to your Big Green Egg. The possibilities are endless. Released fat and juices continuously drip over your ingredients, which provides even more flavor. You can use the Rotisserie with or without a convEGGtor, depending on what you put on the spit and the temperature of the EGG.

    You place the spit ring on the ceramic base and the spit in the ring. Then you close the lid of the EGG so that you can control the temperature of the EGG perfectly as always and combine the benefits of the EGG and the spit. The airflow in the EGG, the reflection of the heat through the ceramic and the rotation of the spit ensure incredibly beautiful cooking. The spit ring is made of coated steel and the spit and associated spit forks are made of stainless steel. The spit is powered by a quiet but powerful 220-240 volt motor that ensures very even rotation.
