      The Big Green Egg Half Moon Cast Iron Plancha Griddle Large is a versatile cast iron griddle for the Big Green Egg. This plancha has two different sides, so you can easily switch between different dishes. One side is ideal for fish fillets or grilled cheese sandwiches, while the other is perfect for eggs, pancakes, blinis or vegetables.

      Because the plancha takes up only half of the cooking grid, you have plenty of space on the other side of your Big Green Egg for grilling or using another cooking technique. This allows you to prepare multiple dishes at the same time.

      The heavy cast iron retains heat exceptionally well and ensures even cooking. This makes the plancha suitable not only for lunch or dinner, but also perfect for an extensive breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and pancakes.
