      When using a convEGGtor there is a risk that the meat will burn along the edges. You can prevent this by using two Half Baking Stones, which provide a larger cooking surface for slow cooking at higher temperatures, such as with chicken wings. Even when you use only one stone, you create a safe cooking zone without the risk of burns. The Half Moon Baking Stone is made from the same high-quality ceramic as the Big Green Egg.

      Please note: when using the 5-piece EGGspander Kit, only one Half Baking Stone fits on the middle level. This limits space, but still allows indirect cooking without combustion. These stones are a valuable addition to any barbecue enthusiast who strives for precision and control.
