    With our Wooden Grilling Planks, you can take your skills as a chef to the next level. Place your ingredients on the (water-soaked) plank on the grid of your Big Green Egg, and the moisture creates a smoking effect. You can choose from cedar or alder Grilling Planks, each with its own distinctive flavour.

    The unique cooking method using Wooden Grilling Planks originally comes from Native Americans. But by now, this long-standing tradition has also been discovered in the rest of the world. And it’s no wonder, because this technique adds a new dimension to grilling. Needless to say, our Grilling Planks are made from sustainably sourced wood. Each pack contains 2 Grilling Planks measuring 28 centimetres.
