      This intense rub with authentic American herbs and spices was specially developed for making Beer Can Chicken on the barbecue or in the oven. The paprika, chilli and green herbs give the rub an intense aroma, while the sugar creates a beautifully caramelised exterior. Placing the chicken on a can of beer (or cola!) steams the chicken from the inside, resulting in deliciously tender and juicy roast chicken.
